Tone with a cause! Proceeds from the sales of these beautiful Starplayer 'Specials' go the the "Rebound" project in Uganda - read on! A GREAT guitar for a very worth cause. "There seems to be very few things in the world you can believe in, but the Rebound Project is one of them. We have designed a special TV model to help support the abused children of Uganda, Africa with the support of World Vision. The Three Crowns on the headstock says it all, just like the Wise Men of old. We bring a gift to the children. "Rebound" helps building an independent existence and opening up new vistas by providing a mix of education and "life-skill-training" (hygiene, nutrition, basic education etc.) as well as psychological support to handle the experiences made during war. As a result of the collaboration with Wolfgang Niedecken we now introduce the prototype of a very special Duesenberg guitar, the "Starplayer TV-Rebound". This guitar will be played on Wolfgang´s current tour and will be auctioned immediately afterwards via internet. All proceeds of this auction will be donated to the aid project "Rebound". From 1 June 2009, the "Starplayer TV-Rebound" will be available as an in series model with Tremola or stop tailpice.
