Made In Japan - Fernandes "Revival" Telecaster
Price:
R.R.P. $999.00
Our special price: $799.00
Absolutely awesome 'lawsuit era' Fernandes "The Revival" Telecaster copy. Appears to be mid 1980's - though unfortunately there is very little recorded detail regarding Fernandes (and Burny) serial numbers and their respective production years. This example is in fantastic condition. Incredibly hard to find (and in this condition) with only limited amounts of the Tele "Revival" guitars being produced (compared to Strat's, Les Paul's). Collectors item! Includes hard case.
Gibson - Joan Jett Signature Melody Maker Cherry Red
Price: R.R.P. $899.00
Pre-owned in excellent condition, with hardcase. Owned by our regular luthier, and given the full late 50's Gibson Cherry Red finish. Super quality refinish! Guitar has had a full professional fret level and setup also. One of the best feeling guitars around!
Carefully developed in close cooperation with Jett herself, Gibson's Joan Jett Signature Melody Maker features a lightweight, slab mahogany body with a Worn White finish.
The slim-tapered neck profile is handcrafted to the same specs as Jett's original guitar, with an ebony fingerboard and Gibson's classic, silk-screened gold logo on the headstock.
The tuners are mini-Grovers with authentic witch hat knobs, exactly as they are on Jett's guitar.
A kill switch replaces the normal Gibson toggle switch, and the body is outfitted with a period-correct black vinyl pickguard.
The classic, snarling growl of Jett's original Melody Maker is accurately captured by a single Gibson Burstbucker 3 zebra humbucker, slightly overwound with asymmetrical coils, unpolished Alnico II magnets, and all the punch and power of an original Gibson "Patent Applied For" pickup.
Add some typical Melody Maker appointments: 24-3 4-inch scale length, and standard Gibson Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece-and the result is a painstaking and heartfelt tribute to one of the most fearless, groundbreaking artists in rock and roll.
Each Joan Jett Signature Melody Maker comes with a Gibson USA hard case.
"I got my Melody Maker in 1977," the legendary Joan Jett says about the guitar she has made one of the most iconic instruments in rock and roll. "It was light and it sounded great. It was the guitar I had in The Runaways and then played on all my hits, like 'I Love Rock N' Roll' and 'Bad Reputation' and 'Do You Wanna Touch Me.' It's my baby."
The Gibson Melody Maker Electric Guitar was introduced in 1959 and priced for the beginning player but has been used by many well-known rockers since then, including Joan Jett.

Made In Japan 1992 Greco Les Paul Custom 'Long Tenon'

Very high quality Japanese Les Paul Custom copy. This particular guitar features 'long tenon' construction, where the mahogany neck is set deep into the body for extra resonance (now only found on Gibson Custom Shop guitars, not even featured on Gibson USA guitars!). Great Les Paul tone - and not too heavy in weight! Normally these Customs can be rather heavy, but this one is a nice medium weight. A great players guitar - looks great in the white finish too. Includes soft case.
Taylor T3B - Bigsby Vibrato, Quilt Maple Top
Price: R.R.P. $2,999.00
Recently consigned - Taylor T3/B in mint condition. Absolutely fresh un-gigged condition! This was the first Taylor T3 ever imported into Australia when they were first released, a rather quirky piece of Taylor guitar history. As you can see from the photos - the guitar is absolutely stunning. The quilt maple top is perfectly figured and really comes alive in the flesh. As is the norm with Taylor products, the fit & finish is absolutely top notch, and the construction feels very solid. The neck and fretwork are excellent, and the body well weighted against the neck. The Bigsby Vibrato sounds very lush, and stays in tune!! We can guarantee the buyer will not be disappointed with this fine instrument.

Sold! - 1959 Gibson Les Paul Junior TV Model
Price:
*Available upon request*
Introduced in 1954 The Les Paul Jr. was a student model version of Gibsons now famous solid body Les Paul Goldtop. The Junior offered a budget version of the Goldtop and the newly released ornate Les Paul Custom. The Junior utilized a very basic slab body design with one P-90 pickup, a simple wrap around stop tailpiece, Kluson strip tuners, dot fingerboard inlays and a standard sunburst finish. Due to the growing popularity of television Gibson developed an alternate finish option for the Les Paul Jr, a pale yellow that would show up as bright white on a TV screen, hence the finish we see here was dubbed TV Yellow.
This vintage Gibson is all original, and plays superbly. Check out the killer crazed lacquer on the body!
