The Fender '57 Amp is a limited-edition 300-piece run of this 12-watt, hand-wired tube amplifier with a 12 in. speaker housed in a smartly retro split-grille cabinet with a black "piano lacquer" finish. It was Leo Fender's dream to build a high class amplifier in the style of Chevrolet automobiles, and this is the result!
Fender kicked the 5E3 Deluxe platform up a notch by using a Celestion® Alnico Blue speaker in a new custom-designed Maple cabinet with knurled '57 logo knobs, solid aluminum handle and custom hardware. The amp includes a leather collector's portfolio containing a certificate of authenticity, designer notes, factory photos and some other surprises. Custom-embroidered plush-lined cover included.

This guitar is number 41 made on August 1975. Model number 7670. The body is dark mahogany finish, 17" double cutaway body, with open bound 'f' holes and bound body edges. The fretboard is ebony with neo-classic thumbprint inlays. Two Filtertron pickups with individual volume controls, fully adjustable bridge, Grover tuners and Bigsby B6 vibrato arm. All hardware is gold plated. Gold "Chet Atkins" engraved pickguard. Condition of this guitar is excellent, A++. Comes with original plush hardcase.

After ceasing production of Les Paul guitars in 1961 with the launch of the "thinner & faster" SG, excessive demand for late 50's Les Paul's forced Gibson to re-introduce it's Les Paul range in 1968, with an initial announcement of 100 customs and 400 gold-tops. Thus, this is an ultra-rare example of the first Les Paul "reissues" (as we know them now). Completely original, including the original hardcase with gold Gibson logo!
