Sold! - 1976 Gibson Explorer Mahogany

Second-hand

Super rare example, the first year these amazing guitars were "reissued" by Gibson after their limited production (and success) in 1958 and 1959. With wicked cool looks and giant humbucker sound, the 70's reissues of these Explorers (and Flying V's) became extremely popular with the explosion of heavy metal music, particularly in Britain. They tend to be trendy instruments and now these early reissues have demonstrated consistent demand. This example is in lovely original condition with a nicely aged natural finish. Features all original parts including the original hard case.

Price: R.R.P. $3,995.00
