A Stratocaster players dream! This is a near-perfect, 'kept-under-the-bed' example of a fantastic, completely original 1970's USA Stratocaster. This guitar features a highly figured ash body (with barely a mark on it!), that is of a fabulous light weight. Next to no fret or fingerboard wear make this guitar a fantastic player, with a smooth, low action. The fabulous ash body is exceedingly resonant and gives the guitar exceptional sustain, combined with the original '74 pickups give this guitar a true aged/vintage strat tone, still with the playability of a new instrument. Original 1970's Fender Stratocaster are becoming more and more rare, particularly in this condition. These guitars are readily becoming collectors instruments, along the 1950's and 60's Fender's, because of their investment potential. This is a very special opportunity to acquire such an instrument in particularly superb original condition. A must see for the Stratocaster enthuiast!
